TRESPA TOPLAB PLUS
Manufactured with Trespa’s unique Electron Beam Curing Technology (EBC), Trespa Toplab Plus is a phenolic resin panel with a EBC surface that is easy to clean and shows a high resistance to a large number of aggressive chemicals and meets the rigorous Scientific Equipment and Furniture (SEFA) 3 requirements. The Toplab plus hygienic properties are present without the addition of microbial additives which eliminates the notion of cross contamination within the laboratory environment. The EBC surface allows for excellent scratch resistance, is impervious to color discoloration and it is extremely durable. The entire Trespa Toplab product line is moisture resistant, impervious to mold or rot and it is lightweight thus making it the perfect choice for adaptable casework systems.

TRESPA TOPLAB BASE
Formerly called Athlon, the newly branded Trespa Toplab Base is developed for environments where chemical resistance is not crucial but good looks, longevity and hygiene are. Trespa Toplab Base is known for it’s excellent hygienic performance and if a work surface where a closed system as opposed to a porous open system is imperative, then the Toplab Base product line is the best choice.
Its melamine surface delivers excellent scratch resistance and durability and the product maintains its appearance overtime thus, making it adaptable for casework and work surfaces. Toplab Base is available in four distinct wood grains which make it the perfect material for door and drawer faces and cabinets, subsequently providing both the durability of phenolic construction with the warmth of wood. This product is perfect for the laboratory, educational, and institutional, environments and can be used for both worktop and cabinetry applications. In addition, the surface is not adversely affected by mold or rot and is lightweight thus making it adaptable for casework and work surfaces. Like the Toplab Plus, and Toplab Vertical the Toplab Base product is not susceptible to discoloration and comes with a conditional 10 year warranty

TRESPA TOPLAB VERTICAL
Manufactured with Trespa’s unique Electron Beam Curing (EBC) technology Trespa’s toplab Vertical is ideal for applications where bacteria and dirt pose a threat. Trespa Toplab Vertical is a chemically resistant and hygienic surface ideal for applications in demanding laboratory environments. For instance Trespa Toplab Vertical is ideal for the faces or fronts of cabinets, specialized cladding for modular elements and since all Toplab Vertical Panels come in an Fire Retardant grade it is the ideal product for fume hood liners. Since the surface is smooth, the Trespa Toplab Vertical is easy to clean and it naturally resists dirt accumulation.
