Panera Bread is an American chain store of bakery-café fast casual restaurants with over 2,000 locations, all of which are located across the United States and Canada. Its headquarters are in Sunset Hills, Missouri. The company operates as Saint Louis Bread Company in Greater St. Louis, with over 100 locations. Bakery-cafe fast-casual restaurant locations are on the rise; offering healthier eat-in or take-home options with freshly baked bread, homemade soups, and salads that are prepared using fresh produce.

Dine-in locations offer “warm environments that guests have come to expect,” says Mikey Naučas, the director of store design for Panera Bread. And “the wood look of the material works well with the rich brick and vibrant brand colors”

Very easy-to-maintain exterior surfaces that are neither painted, sealed, or caulked along with fade-resistant finishes are critical aspects of the brand owner who finds the colorful exterior options with compact HPL panels beneficial when using exterior cladding to identify their rand.

DESIGN ASSIST SUPPORT:

Designers that create brand awareness for their clients through the selection of building materials seek the expertise of local suppliers to propose solutions that are beneficial to the design, the environment, and most importantly; their client. Taking into account the
benefits of the ATS’ design assist program; Spectrum product reps offer in-depth knowledge to the design professional on how best to achieve high-yield and low-waste cost-effective solutions.

Siding products have become one of the most cost-effective options for cladding solutions and design professionals are leading the way by selecting siding products that are budget-conscious, offer design versatility, meet current trends for environmentally friendly solutions, will not impact their clients’ operational costs throughout the building’s facade life expectancy.

As the trend towards sustainability gains more popularity in building design, brand owners are looking for quality products to replace low-cost alternatives that demand
expensive annual maintenance to meet warranty requirements.

Spectrum Unity fastening systems were developed with cost efficiencies in mind and are rated as one of the easiest systems to use by installers in the field, when coupled with durable compact exterior grade HPL panels, the  system approach is among the most durable offering total design freedom for branding the exterior of the building.
